1. Introduction  

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Pixel Dreams AI Data Synthesis services ("Services") provided by Pixel Dreams ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.  Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.  

2. Service Description  

Pixel Dreams provides AI-powered data synthesis services that analyze, organize, and extract insights from documents and data provided by users. Our Services include:  - Document organization and summary - Pattern identification and insights extraction - Comprehensive business intelligence analysis - Delivery of analysis reports and recommendations  

3. User Accounts and Orders  

3.1 Account Information You may need to create an account or provide certain information to use our Services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.  

3.2 Order Process When placing an order, you agree to specify: - The package and service level you are purchasing - The documents you wish to have analyzed - Any specific requirements for the analysis 

3.3 Payment Terms - All prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise specified - Payment is due in full at the time of order - We accept payment through our designated payment processors - Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect orders already placed  

4. Document Submission and Processing  

4.1 Document Formats You agree to submit documents in the formats specified in our documentation. We reserve the right to reject documents that do not meet our format requirements.  

4.2 Content Restrictions You agree not to submit documents that: - Contain malware, viruses, or other harmful code - Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others - Contain illegal content or promote illegal activities - Contain excessive obscenity, hate speech, or threatening content - Contain personally identifiable information of individuals who have not consented to its processing  

4.3 Processing Timelines We will make reasonable efforts to process and deliver your analysis within the timeframe specified for your chosen package. However, we do not guarantee specific delivery times.  

5. Intellectual Property  

5.1 Your Content You retain all rights to the documents and data you submit to us. By submitting documents, you grant us a limited license to use, reproduce, adapt, and process your documents solely for the purpose of providing our Services to you.  

5.2 Analysis Results The analysis reports and insights we provide are for your use. You may not resell or redistribute our analysis as a commercial product without our explicit written permission.  

5.3 Our Materials All rights, title, and interest in and to our Services, including all intellectual property rights, remain our property. No rights are granted to you other than as expressly set forth in these Terms.  

6. Confidentiality  

6.1 Your Documents We treat all documents you submit as confidential information. We will not disclose your documents to any third party except: - To our employees and contractors who need access to perform our Services - As required by law or legal process - With your explicit consent  

6.2 Analysis Results The analysis results we provide are for your use only. We will not share the specific results of your analysis with other clients.  

7. Disclaimer of Warranties  THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.  We do not warrant that: - The Services will meet your specific requirements - The Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free - The results obtained from the use of the Services will be accurate or reliable - The quality of any analysis, information, or other material obtained through the Services will meet your expectations  

8. Limitation of Liability  IN NO EVENT SHALL PIXEL DREAMS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:  - YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES - ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES - ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES - UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT  IN ANY CASE, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.  

9. Termination  We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms.  Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.  

10. Refunds and Cancellations  

10.1 Cancellation Before Processing If you cancel your order before we begin processing your documents, you are eligible for a full refund.  

10.2 Cancellation During Processing If you cancel your order after we have begun processing your documents but before delivery, you may receive a partial refund at our discretion.  

10.3 Refund Requests After Delivery Refund requests after delivery of analysis results will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We do not guarantee refunds for completed services.  

10.4 Refund Process Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-10 business days.  

11. Modifications to the Terms  We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on our website or by sending you an email. Your continued use of our Services after such modifications will constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.  

12. Governing Law  These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the state of Georgia in the USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.  

13. Dispute Resolution  Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through: 

1. Informal negotiation - We encourage you to contact us first to seek resolution 

2. Mediation - If negotiation fails, by a mutually agreed mediator 

3. Legal action - If mediation fails, in the courts of the state of Georgia
